Privacy notice

This notice covers canopi.ae and any email you send us from it. It does not cover the Canopi application. How the application handles your clients' data is set out in the terms we agree with each customer.

Who we are

Canopi, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at callum@canopi.ae and mohammed@canopi.ae.

What this website collects

Very little. The site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it sets no cookies. Two services see ordinary technical data when your browser loads a page:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers it. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and request details to serve the page and protect it from abuse.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address when it does.

When you email us

The buttons on this site open your own email app. If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply, to arrange a walkthrough or a quote, and to keep a record of our conversation. Our email is hosted by Purelymail.

We keep that correspondence for as long as we are talking, and afterwards only as long as we need it for a business relationship that follows or to meet a legal obligation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

If this notice changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
